Wholesale Tanzanian Peaberry Green Coffee (PB)
Peaberries are cherries that grew one rounded seed instead of two flat-faced halves. They are separated by shape rather than screen and sold as their own grade. With no flat face to scorch, peaberry rolls through the drum and tends to roast evenly, and Tanzania is the origin that has made the grade its own.
