Natural Arabica, Southern Highlands
NewNatural arabica · screen per lot · Mbeya, Songwe and Ruvuma
Wholesale Natural (Dry-Processed) Arabica from Tanzania's Southern Highlands
Arabica dried whole in the cherry rather than washed, from the Southern Highlands, where more producers now dry-process to save water. The fruit dries onto the seed, which usually shows as more body and ripe-fruit sweetness than the washed lots. Availability varies by season, so we offer it lot by lot.
