Commercial roasting is a cost and consistency business. The right green is the lowest-cost coffee that holds the blend's profile shipment after shipment, not the most impressive bean on the table.
Tanzania offers two strong blend components. Washed arabica B brings the clean acidity East African coffee is known for at a discount to the larger screens, and Kagera robusta, natural-processed on the shore of Lake Victoria, adds body and crema to espresso blends and suits soluble manufacture.

From enquiry to shipment
The same four checkpoints keep the sample, contract and commercial lot aligned.
1. Plan the year
We agree grades, containers and shipping months against the Tanzanian harvest calendar.
2. Approve the type
A sample of each component is approved and becomes the reference for later shipments.
3. Check each shipment
Every container's lots are graded and a pre-shipment sample is matched to the type.
4. Ship on schedule
Containers ship on the agreed calendar, FOB Dar es Salaam or delivered on request.
Questions buyers ask
Can you supply robusta and arabica in one container?
Yes, when the lots are available together. We confirm the bag split and the documents for each lot before contract.
How do you keep shipments consistent?
Each shipment's lots are graded the same way and a pre-shipment sample is matched to the approved type before the container is stuffed.
When is Kagera robusta available?
Robusta is harvested from around May to August, and lots come to market in the months after, so plan robusta shipments around the second half of the year.
